Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Electropeyk's goals and culture.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a fair and welcoming workplace.
• Enhance employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Design and improve employee experience strategies to foster engagement and productivity.
• Analyze HR data using predictive analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR policies.
• Oversee recruitment processes to ensure effective talent acquisition.
• Support performance management systems to enhance employee performance and organizational success.
• Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in human resources management.
• Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
• Skills in employer branding and employee experience design.
• Proficient in HR data analytics and predictive analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
