Human Resources Services Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
Nestlé is looking for someone to support the flawless execution of the payroll and C&B cycles in the factory.

HR Operational Support for Factory:
- Audits: manage all factory audits and support the HR team in preparing for them.
- Design and send communications through employee bulletin on various employee-related topics on behalf of HR and admin.
- Support improvement projects within the HR operations scope.
- Digitalization journey of HRS (implementation of transforming the manual process to the digital way of working).
- Conducted internal HR audit sessions and was responsible for human resources function compliance with internal and external policies.
- Act as employer representative in the Ministry of Labor and Social Security organization.
Flawless Execution of HR Services Processes for Factory:
- Support the salary review process for the factory.
- Lead the factory's short-term bonus calculation process for the factory.
- Manage salary proposals: preparation, sign-off, and issuing letters/contracts for all Internal promotions and market internal transfers.
- Changes in compensation info, transfers, and promotions for the factory: preparing the salary proposals and coordinating all related e-forms.
- Budget and dynamic forecast files for factory: responsible for the employee budget file and monthly DF update in close coordination with the HR controller.
- Employee exits: manage the end-to-end process which includes communication with the exiting employee, coordinating e-forms, reviewing and approving the final settlement calculations, communication with the HR Admin team, coordinating the exit interview, and ensuring all proper documentation is in place before the employee's last day.
- Monthly employee database: prepare the rmployee monthly database and ensure accuracy.
- Manage all factory employee HR services queries.
- Payroll management: executing the manual payroll, reviewing the monthly accrual files, and ensuring accuracy before submitting to the finance and control team.
- Human resources department platform superuser and responsible for knowledge sharing and system continuity.
- Flawless execution of administration for the factory.
- Contractor management.
- HR request management (payment request/good request).
- Prepare all required attendance reports.
What Will Make You Successful?
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Mathematics, or Accounting.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Knowing the lines and line labor standards.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proactive approach within teams.
