Strategic Thinking:
- Alignment with the organization's strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies.
Requirements:
- Persuasive.
- Facilitator.
- Conflict management skills.
- Effective communication with key stakeholders.
- +5 years of experience in human resources management.
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Engineering fields, or an MBA graduate.
