Responsibilities:

OD: Process and product designer

  • Policy and process designer for people development.
  • Leadership development.

Strategic Thinking:

  • Alignment with the organization's strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies.

Requirements:

  • Persuasive.
  • Facilitator.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • +5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Engineering fields, or an MBA graduate.
