Leadership development.
Strategic Thinking:
Alignment with the organization's strategies.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies.
Requirements:
Persuasive.
Facilitator.
Conflict management skills.
Effective communication with key stakeholders.
+5 years of experience in human resources management.
A degree in Human Resources Management, Engineering fields, or an MBA graduate.
