About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Legal Specialist to join our team and contribute to a wide range of legal and corporate affairs. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, provide sound legal advice, and ensure compliance with Iranian laws and company policies. From supporting regulatory processes to mitigating risks in litigation, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, revise, and negotiate various types of contracts.
Conduct thorough research and provide advice on legal matters.
Draft a range of legal documents, including letters, minutes of meetings, and notices.
Assist the legal team in managing internal corporate bodies’ affairs.
Support the legal team in license acquisition and regulatory compliance processes.
Prepare and revise contract drafts and general terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and Iranian laws (in Farsi).
Collaborate with external ventures to align legal frameworks and facilitate joint projects.
Participate in various stages of litigation, ensuring legal and business risks are identified and mitigated.
Collaborate with the legal team on a variety of projects as per received instructions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law (Graduation from reputable governmental universities is a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in reputable companies or law firms (experience in startups is a plus).
Comprehensive understanding of business processes, legal formalities, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective business negotiations.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for creating and analyzing periodic reports.
Persistent, motivated, and energetic with a collaborative team spirit.
