Job Description

We seek an experienced market research expert to join our team to provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market research principles, methodologies, and tools and excellent analytical and communication skills. The Market Research Expert will be responsible for designing and conducting market research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct market research studies to gather data on consumer behavior, preferences, and attitudes.
  • Develop and implement research plans, including survey design, sampling strategies, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources (e.g., customer surveys, social media, online reviews).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis and develop actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to senior management, marketing teams, and other stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market research insights into product development, marketing strategies, and business planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to secure access to research tools and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in market research or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market research principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., survey design, data analysis software such as SPSS).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex research findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
