Job Description
The objective of the role:
- Assist the managing director in daily routines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
- Report to the managing director.
- Probation period: 1 month.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Fluency in English, Word, and Excel.
