Job Description

  • Assist in employer branding projects.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
  • Design comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
  • Conduct assessments to identify training and development needs within the organization.
  • Develop evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to make improvements to training content and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and program outcomes.
  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing succession plans for key positions within the organization.
  • Responsible for employee experience projects.

Requirements:

  • HR knowledge.
  • Selection and recruitment knowledge.
  • Performance management.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
