Job Description

  • Work closely with HRBPs and department heads to clarify the needs and issues of departments and provide structured solutions for them.
  • Design and revise processes and procedures to solve HR issues in different departments.
  • In charge of performance management at all levels.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and plan for delivering relevant development programs for all employees.
  • Plan and conduct leadership development programs for mid and high-level managers.
  • Design and implement salary structure in cooperation with the HR operations department., departments’ heads and HRBPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management (HR-related degrees or an MBA graduate).
  • 4+ years of experience in the organization development field.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Very good computer skills.
