Job Description
- Work closely with HRBPs and department heads to clarify the needs and issues of departments and provide structured solutions for them.
- Design and revise processes and procedures to solve HR issues in different departments.
- In charge of performance management at all levels.
- Conduct training needs analysis and plan for delivering relevant development programs for all employees.
- Plan and conduct leadership development programs for mid and high-level managers.
- Design and implement salary structure in cooperation with the HR operations department., departments’ heads and HRBPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management (HR-related degrees or an MBA graduate).
- 4+ years of experience in the organization development field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very good computer skills.
