About the department:

The People and Organization (P&O) department is a strategic business partner for all functions across the affiliate. It oversees and supports full employee lifecycle management. The department consists of a diverse team of P&O business partners, training managers, P&O professionals, and administration, and is now in search of a P&O Professional. It is a team of motivated and passionate colleagues who strive for continuous improvement in people processes, employee engagement, and organization development.

The position:

As a People and Organization (P&O) Professional, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Payroll Management with providing monthly salary data, checking the calculation, getting the required approvals from Finance and P&O Director for the payment, then pre-arrangement with Finance to ensure the salary cheque gets ready on time.
  • Provide complementary insurance and Social Security Organization (SSO) processes; Moreover, ensure appropriate pre-boarding, onboarding, and integration for new joiners and smooth off-boarding process.
  • Human Resources (HR) Administration and employee support services such as employee contract management, maintenance of personnel binders for all employees, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) documentation.
  • Assist the team with meeting/event calendar bookings, logistical arrangements, catering, etc., and support the projects in all departmental activities & events.
  • Workplace assessments (WPA), including psychosocial WPA and assessments of changes in work routines or work processes with an impact on health and safety

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or a similar field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and IT tools is highly preferred.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
