Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals in talent acquisition and recruitment, ranging from specialist to supervisor levels, to join our growing team. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving our recruitment strategies and supporting the organization's talent needs.
Roles:
- Cooperating closely with hiring managers and customers to recognize their needs.
- Following the A to Z of the recruitment process from Hiring request, sourcing, CV screening, phone interviewing, in-person interviews, and reference checks.
- Monitoring talent acquisition KPIs and suggesting for improving funnel.
- Presenting weekly and monthly reports of the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, with demonstrated expertise in the talent acquisition function.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
