Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals in talent acquisition and recruitment, ranging from specialist to supervisor levels, to join our growing team. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving our recruitment strategies and supporting the organization's talent needs.

Roles:

  • Cooperating closely with hiring managers and customers to recognize their needs.
  • Following the A to Z of the recruitment process from Hiring request, sourcing, CV screening, phone interviewing, in-person interviews, and reference checks.
  • Monitoring talent acquisition KPIs and suggesting for improving funnel.
  • Presenting weekly and monthly reports of the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, with demonstrated expertise in the talent acquisition function.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
