Carry out recruitment and select function activities.
Do the recruitment cycle with a competency model of ensuring you conduct, attract, source, select, and conversion candidates for both specific requisitions, build a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively manage candidate relationships, and sell the organization as an employer of choice – all to ensure the right talent is available when needed.
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification with the competency model and also, reference check the approved candidates.
Manage reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or an MBA graduate.
At least 5 years of experience in different HR disciplines.
Familiar with preparing/updating employment records, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
Ability to work under pressure.
Talented to learn different approaches.
Skillful in problem-solving.
Strong team-working abilities.
Sensitive to needs and feelings, responsible, reliable, and helpful.
Honest, ethical, and detail-oriented in completing work tasks.

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint).
