Job Description
- Communicating via email to the field regarding STP and controlling the deviation vs plan.
- Communicating via email to the field regarding target vs deficit (calculating to make them achieve incentive and target).
- Communicating via email to the field regarding incentive calculation.
- Communicating via email to the field regarding Excel exercises and tests and sending their results.
- Preparing reports for the business head (sales/HR/Incentive/PCPM/training).
- Analyzing HQs and mission cities.
- Preparing PPT presentations for the business head.
- Day-to-day assigned work by the business head.
- Improving available Power BI based on company requirements.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Calculating target vs deficit for MRs, DSMs, RSMs, and NSMs (calculate to make them achieve incentive and target).
- Calculating incentives for MRs, DSMs, RSMs, and NSMs.
- Updating the ranking of MRs based on the percentage of achievement.
- Excel training in the field.
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Following up on the qualification report and DCR of MRs, DSMs, RSMs, and NSMs.
- Preparing the PPT for training if any for Business Head, RSMs, and NSMs.
- Growth calculation (PAN Iran/City/Product).
- Preparing sales presentation (PAN Iran/H.Q./NSM/RSM/MR).
Quarterly Responsibilities:
- Checking and verifying incentives Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4.
Yearly Responsibilities:
- Preparing STP for field and MS Office.
- Preparing IFRS, SST, and Tehran sales credit Files.
- Preparing and sending target sheets and incentive files for MRs, DSMs, RSMs, and NSMs.
