Job Description

  • Communicating via email to the field regarding STP and controlling the deviation vs plan.
  • Communicating via email to the field regarding target vs deficit (calculating to make them achieve incentive and target).
  • Communicating via email to the field regarding incentive calculation.
  • Communicating via email to the field regarding Excel exercises and tests and sending their results.
  • Preparing reports for the business head (sales/HR/Incentive/PCPM/training).
  • Analyzing HQs and mission cities.
  • Preparing PPT presentations for the business head.
  • Day-to-day assigned work by the business head.
  • Improving available Power BI based on company requirements.

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Calculating target vs deficit for MRs, DSMs, RSMs, and NSMs (calculate to make them achieve incentive and target).
  • Calculating incentives for MRs, DSMs, RSMs, and NSMs.
  • Updating the ranking of MRs based on the percentage of achievement.
  • Excel training in the field.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Following up on the qualification report and DCR of MRs, DSMs, RSMs, and NSMs.
  • Preparing the PPT for training if any for Business Head, RSMs, and NSMs.
  • Growth calculation (PAN Iran/City/Product).
  • Preparing sales presentation (PAN Iran/H.Q./NSM/RSM/MR).

Quarterly Responsibilities:

  • Checking and verifying incentives Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4.

Yearly Responsibilities:

  • Preparing STP for field and MS Office.
  • Preparing IFRS, SST, and Tehran sales credit Files.
  • Preparing and sending target sheets and incentive files for MRs, DSMs, RSMs, and NSMs.
