Job Description
- Supervise the activities of the sales team to achieve the annual sales target.
- Lead and coach medical representatives' activities.
- Monitor the sales team activities.
- Monitor inventory stocks.
- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales challenges.
- Handle complaints regarding sales.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control medical representatives.
- Analyze operational records and reports to managers.
- Determine call plans.
- Manage contact lists.
- Monitor sales activities via double visits.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary, or a Master's degree in Biomedicine Sciences.
- At least 5 years of professional working experience in cardiology lines.
- Related experience preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
- Fluent in English, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and hard worker.
- Coaching skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Preferably experience in trade marketing in chain stores.
