Job Description
We are seeking a sales supervisor to oversee our retail operations, motivate staff, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to boost sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Monitor, guide, and support sales staff in shops and showrooms.
- Planning & Strategy: Develop sales plans, set targets, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports, coach the team to reach their sales target
- Customer Experience: Ensure outstanding customer service and create strategies to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve overall showroom performance.
- Product Knowledge: Work with various lighting products and stay updated on industry trends.
- Motivation: Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Optional: Provide assistance in lighting design concepts and customer consultations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales supervision, retail management, and business development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to develop creative ideas for sales growth and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in preparing performance reports and analyzing data.
- Knowledge of lighting products and retail sales strategies is a plus.

- At least 5 years of experience.
