POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Supervisor is to enable sales team, the category managers to make effective business decision based on accurate data and analysis insight, to manage sales operations in order to achieve sales objectives, to coordinate between the stakeholders and to provide key meetings and provide valuable insight to sales team. The ideal candidate should be results focused, service oriented, and proactive.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Follow-up with sales performance versus objectives and provide feedback and necessary insightful analysis to the sales teams and category managers team.
• Support and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of target and incentive .
• Ensure the adaptation of all tools that will allow Head of Sales to track and analyses Business related data. Perform as a Sales co-pilot and provide analysis and insights, heads up and recommendation to sales team to enable them to take the key decisions related to Sales strategy, ROI improvement, TTS optimization.
• Actively planning and following up with the department budget and cost including Total Trade Spend (TTS) budget.
• Support TTS efficiency by conducting pre and post evaluation and learning log to maximize ROI.
• participate in the Annual Budgeting process and calendar zing of volumes.
• Monitor to ensure the accuracy and compliancy of Salesforce Incentive’s calculation.
• Ensure effective and efficient Dispute management by providing relevant report and analysis and participating in meetings with customer.
• Ensure Reconciliation to be done on monthly basis and analysis regarding root causes and provide action plan (1C).
• Communicate and validate sales and TTS reports to HO to be reflected in Mosaic (1C).
• Ensure TTS elements booking are in line with related GLs (1C).
• Lead on mapping new claim capturing process as per business needs (1C /CPPO).
• Monitor and oversee sales support team daily tasks to ensure continuous training and coaching are in place for Sales support team members.
• Conduct trainings/refreshers to Sales, Sales support team and other stakeholders to improve business insight regarding all sales related topics.
• lead sales support process to ensure efficient and synchronized of planning cycle and to ensure optimum production.
• Revamp and restructure sales support team to accommodate business needs and priorities.
• Conduct weekly compliance checking meeting to ensure all documentation and process are in line.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestlé Instructions and local country codes. Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.



What will make you successful?
• FMCG knowledge and knowledge about the Nestlé brands.
• Physical and outlet-wise understanding of assigned territory, product knowledge, customer needs and buying pattern would be an asset.
• Proficient skills in Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.
• Min 3 years’ experience in Finance or Economics.
• University Degree in Finance or Economics.
• Professional English Skills.
