Job Description
A secretary (a female) with the following list of responsibilities:
- Answering/forwarding phone calls.
- Coordinating meetings.
- Typing English and Farsi letters/emails.
- Arranging all the travel schedules and visa formalities.
- Following all the other tasks assigned by the management.
- Reporting to the managing director.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm; Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm.
