Job Description

A secretary (a female) with the following list of responsibilities:

  • Answering/forwarding phone calls.
  • Coordinating meetings.
  • Typing English and Farsi letters/emails.
  • Arranging all the travel schedules and visa formalities.
  • Following all the other tasks assigned by the management.
  • Reporting to the managing director.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm; Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm.

Requirements

  • Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective communication skills and excellent public relations.
  • Strong motivation.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a short span of time.
