About the job:
To source and hire top talented people in the company and take care of the recruitment structure in Danone. As a TA Manager, you will help the company develop hiring strategies onboard, socialize new employees, and lead Employer Branding initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Leading all recruitment activities in Danone EDP Iran.
- Developing effective Sourcing channels to find the best talents through analyzing recruitment KPIs.
- Hiring grade 10+ by Interviewing and assessing candidates from the HR perspective.
- Taking steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Monitoring recruitment KPIs and objectives.
- Planning for inductions and onboarding new joiners.
- Improving the company’s visibility through Employer branding activities.
- Improving the company’s score in B-Corp certification by structuring the hiring. activities and hiring underrepresented groups.
- Training and assessing managers on interviewing skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or other related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in related fields.
- Experience in sourcing and hiring managerial levels.
- English proficiency.
- Good leadership ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Creative mindset.
- Ability to lead projects through indirect team engagement.
- FMCG experience is a plus.
