To source and hire top talented people in the company and take care of the recruitment structure in Danone. As a TA Manager, you will help the company develop hiring strategies onboard, socialize new employees, and lead Employer Branding initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Leading all recruitment activities in Danone EDP Iran.
Developing effective Sourcing channels to find the best talents through analyzing recruitment KPIs.
Hiring grade 10+ by Interviewing and assessing candidates from the HR perspective.
Taking steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
Monitoring recruitment KPIs and objectives.
Planning for inductions and onboarding new joiners.
Improving the company’s visibility through Employer branding activities.
Improving the company’s score in B-Corp certification by structuring the hiring. activities and hiring underrepresented groups.
Training and assessing managers on interviewing skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or other related fields.
At least 4 years of experience in related fields.
Experience in sourcing and hiring managerial levels.
English proficiency.
Good leadership ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Creative mindset.
Ability to lead projects through indirect team engagement.
