About the job:

To source and hire top talented people in the company and take care of the recruitment structure in Danone. As a TA Manager, you will help the company develop hiring strategies onboard, socialize new employees, and lead Employer Branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading all recruitment activities in Danone EDP Iran.
  • Developing effective Sourcing channels to find the best talents through analyzing recruitment KPIs.
  • Hiring grade 10+ by Interviewing and assessing candidates from the HR perspective.
  • Taking steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Monitoring recruitment KPIs and objectives.
  • Planning for inductions and onboarding new joiners.
  • Improving the company’s visibility through Employer branding activities.
  • Improving the company’s score in B-Corp certification by structuring the hiring. activities and hiring underrepresented groups.
  • Training and assessing managers on interviewing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or other related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in related fields.
  • Experience in sourcing and hiring managerial levels.
  • English proficiency.
  • Good leadership ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Ability to lead projects through indirect team engagement.
  • FMCG experience is a plus.
