Job Description
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations
- Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (email, letters, packages)
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff when required
- Coordinate internal and external events
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Assist in drafting official communications,
- Select office supplies, order office supplies and monitor inventory
- manage transportation contract
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support onboarding of new employees (documents, access, etc.)
