  • Identifying the goals and purposes of advertising.
  • Hiring and training talented and creative people for the advertising department.
  • Designing and developing strategies for advertising.
  • Placing ads in relevant and appropriate media; including mass media (press, radio and television) and new media (digital and social networks).
  • Targeting markets that must be available in order to meet customer demands;
  • Measuring the results of advertising campaigns to determine their effectiveness and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Identifying the decision makers of each special media and communicating with them.
  • Gathering all required content at the right time and approving them for publishing.
  • Supervising the daily activities of the employees of the advertising, promotion and marketing departments.
