Job Description

This job position is located in Shiraz and the territory is Fars province.

  • Manage key customers by developing and implementing plans for the retail channel to maximize volume and market share.
  • Achieve the company's sales and distribution objectives.
  • Ensuring availability, in-store visibility, trade contracts, credit terms, and ongoing outlet classifications are in place to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
  • Lead the development of an efficient sales team through on-the-job training, motivation, and staff development to achieve superior sales and distribution execution standards compared to competitors.
  • Foster strong working relationships with the company distributors and trade partners to secure high levels of trade support and loyalty.
  • Keep the sales forces well-informed through formal and informal communication regarding objectives, progress, and future action plans.
  • Provide comprehensive information and reports on performance and key customers to the line manager.
  • Ensure a complete understanding of the area sales budget with close monitoring of spending in line with company guidelines.
  • Analyze sales trends of company brands.
  • Control company collections and outstanding balances according to company policy.
  • Manage, analyze, and evaluate activity and pricing in comparison to competitors.
  • Ensure the adequate quality of services and coverage by the sales forces.
  • Identify and propose new business opportunities.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales by SKU and tonnage.

Requirements:

  • A resident of Shiraz.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or in a related field; MBA graduates; a Master's degree is preferred. 
  • Fluent in English, operations, marketing basics, and finance (P&L).
  • Presentation skills - MS Office.
  • High communication skills.
