The LMT site is located in Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City, Alborz Province went into operation in 2020 and has 160 employees in total. The manufacturing site handles the assembly and packaging production of Novo Nordisk’s FlexPen® sold in Iran with modern insulin (NovoRapid®, NovoMix®30, Levemir®) and Victoza®.

You will be part of the Production Department at Novo Nordisk’s LMT Site in Iran. Our team is responsible for optimizing resource use, minimizing costs, and maintaining quality standards. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, focusing on transforming raw materials into finished products. Our department is committed to continuous improvement and achieving output and quality objectives.

The position:

As an assembly packaging technician, you will mainly be performing corrective maintenance during production and planned preventative maintenance. Your other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage Work Orders (WO), troubleshoot, and support the calibration team.
  • Maintain logbooks and perform challenge tests at start-up.
  • Analyze stop causes and necessary corrective maintenance actions.
  • Review needed documentation and involve the quality department in curative maintenance and quality impacts if any malfunctions are discovered.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance Technician (electrical or mechanical).
  • 3+ years of industrial experience in maintaining production equipment in a GMP environment (pharma, food, or cosmetics.
  • Self-starter, self-reliant, and a team player focused on results.
  • Possesses an open mindset suitable for a global and dynamic organization.
  • Experienced in living the Novo Nordisk Way (NNW), adaptable, aligned to quality work, and continuously improving work quality. Fluency in English, both written and oral is an added advantage.
