Job Description

  • Customer promotion plan and calendars for all channels.
  • Design, monitor, and evaluate the sales team incentive plan according to the strategy (coverage/volume).
  • Work with the principals to finalize the target, and budgets and create yearly and quarterly plans.
  • Work with sales team to execute plans and campaigns.
  • Work with the supply chain to ensure the availability of the stock.
  • Negotiate with key accounts stores to use the market potential trough having good contracts.
  • Track competitors’ activities and suggest effective plans.
  • Explore new opportunities from regular field visits and trade drives and follow up on all branches/sub distributors.
  • Develop projects to utilize potential growth in speed's coverage area.
  • Ensure pre and post-campaign ROI.
  • Maintain and monitor trade marketing spending.
