Drive profitable growth for the brand, leading the category and brand/s vision and strategy; fine-tune strategy from trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis, craft winning mixes, provide insights and analysis of P&L topline and bottom-line (NRM, supply chain cost optimization, and customer and channel strategy).
Develop and deliver an articulated category business plan to deliver against long- and short-term category objectives.
Define and track KPIs and progress, inform CCBT of risks/opportunities, define NPD 3-year life cycle plan, and track execution.
Work closely with regional and global brand communities, local agencies, and CMI to develop and implement brand plans that deliver business objectives through innovation, media plans, and activation.
Building business partnerships with regional & local category/brand teams as well as customer marketing, customer development, R&D, finance, and supply chain.
Strategic development of plans to continue to deliver the purpose and message of the brands; driving brand growth model.
Providing input to volume forecasting, and financial updates and monitoring key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P’s).
Co-leads the execution of the integrated activity schedule. Own IBP process E2E; audit to JTBD, 12qtr plans, BET preparation, and deck readiness for CCBT, LT, and Regional Team handshakes.
Inspires, coaches and develops brand specialists.
Ownership for the full brand marketing planning including execution of media, activation, and full overview and alignment on all shopper marketing plans, driving ZBB, efficiency and effectiveness of BMI investment based on ROI, strategy, precision and performance marketing, developing and managing key activities, NPD, communication messaging, pricing, etc.
Define consumer segments, journeys and priority messages, category market development stage, and brand's JTBDs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields such as Marketing; or an MBA graduate.
At least 5 years of experience (preferred: multinational companies).
