We need a creative data-driven mind in Commercial Strategy and Insight team to help us with addressing problems, providing analytical solutions, and optimizing overall performance. This position requires an eager person to learn constantly due to the dynamic environment of a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
Define, plan, and monitor business KPIs.
Explore data for insights and ideas to increase performance and enhance KPIs.
Analyze the business profits and losses.
Find causes and effects in data behavior.
Suggest improvement areas for the department considering the company goals (both in KPIs and processes).
Provide routine and specific reports and presentations.
Requirements
At least 2 years of work experience as a business analyst.
E-commerce experience will be viewed favorably.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Very strong numerical and analytical skills (translate commercial concepts into quantifiable measurable performance).
Ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
