Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business strategies for growth and market expansion
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
Product Development Oversight: Collaborate with product teams to ensure the development of customer-centric solutions
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to business lines
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams for effective execution of business initiatives
Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
Innovation Promotion: Encourage innovative approaches to business development and problem-solving
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. (having an MBA degree is a plus)
At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
Deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
Familiarity with digital platforms and e-commerce ecosystems
