Job Description

  • Answers all calls (customer complaints, general inquiries, business inquiries, etc).
  • Responds efficiently and accurately to all callers.
  • Builds lasting relationships with our local customers.
  • Operates software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Creates and maintains a record of daily glitches and takes remedial actions.
  • Leverages data and insights gathered by the call center to recommend process improvements.
  • Adheres to all company customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working in a call center or customer support role.
