To plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee various marketing campaigns for couriers, we are seeking a creative campaign manager. Planning, monitoring, and assessing campaigns, as well as measuring ROI are all part of the campaign manager's responsibilities. Managing schedules and spending will be your responsibility in close collaboration with the marketing director.
Responsibilities:
Strategize, brainstorm, execute, and optimize campaigns (courier-side).
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
Utilize new channels for courier expansion and lead generation campaigns.
Develop engagement mechanisms and funnel optimization on the courier side.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel promotions.
Run and monitor CRM plans.
Devise onboarding plans.
Requirements
At least 2 years of managerial experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns.
Acquaintance with Google Analytics, CRM, SEM, and social media marketing.
Analytics and problem-solving skills.
A good understanding of current marketing trends and competitors' activities.
Very strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Moderate English knowledge (understanding, and writing).
