Job Description

  • Formulate and implement long-term growth and development strategies for product categories.
  • Develop and apply strategies for brand marketing, creating customer loyalty towards the brand, and increasing brand recognition and awareness.
  • Investigate and analyze the position of brand products in the market, main competitors, market share, and market development opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer and customer data and attitudes to identify consumer trends.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for the successful launch of products, appropriate advertising methods, and related business campaigns according to the organization's goals and plans.
  • Identify and develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
  • Organize, implement, and manage programs, events, and advertising campaigns, launching products and exhibitions to improve brand awareness and sales.
  • Prepare reports on product categories' performance including P& L, investment return rate, budgets, and performance indicators in accordance with the goals and expectations set in the relevant product group section.
  • Formulate and design solutions to improve branding, and packaging methods and improve the quality of product groups.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, sales teams, buyers, and merchandisers to expand product categories' visibility and return.
  • Meet the expected goals and KPIs for product categories.
  • Manage and lead brands and other team members according to the marketing strategies and brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent skills in Excel (advanced level) and other Microsoft Office software.
  • Working knowledge of marketing and branding principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with managing advertising campaigns and launching products.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Adequate product knowledge of categories.
  • Knowledgeable of the categories and groups of products and choosing a profitable product basket.
  • Familiarity with packaging and creativity in providing a solution to improve packaging and brand identity.
  • Familiarity with the management of work contracts with advertising agencies and organizations and market research.
  • Strong analytical and inferential skills.
  • Familiarity with the concepts of profit and loss.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Work experience in product manufacturing in retail and marketing.
