Job Description

  • Coordinate administrative activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage reports and documents.
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them, if needed.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Research, summarize, analyze and present results in a clear and continuous manner.
  • Prepare and arrange commercial correspondence in English.
  • Participate in external online meetings.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience as a CEO assistant.
  • Preferably familiar with foreign trade.
  • Excellent and good verbal communication skills.
  • Regular, diligent, and flexible.
  • Capable of researching.
  • Fluency in Persian and English correspondences.
  • Multitasking capabilities and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Familiar with the internet and computer skills (MS Office).
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
  • Able to translate English.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Maximum age: 40 years old.
