CNC Programmer

Job Description

• Prepare the Setup scheme.
• Prepare NC program.
• Prepare documents related to the steps of machining and manufacturing the pieces.
• Track the machining process.
• Solve the problems of parts under construction.

Requirements:

• Sufficient knowledge of the machining and manufacturing process.    
• Sufficient knowledge of CNC machine programming.    
• Sufficient knowledge of geometric tolerances.    
• Sufficient knowledge of one of the Cam software.
• Sufficient knowledge of the Siemens 840D controller.    
• Familiarity with cutting tools and calculation of cutting parameters.    
• Familiar with the machining of different materials.
