Position Summary:

You are supposed to support the communications team and be responsible for communication tasks related to the Qazvin factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy local communication strategies, and create written, video, and visual content for the factory.
Support the development of communication materials, including organizational announcements, quarterly town halls, strategic leader communications, and select presentations.
Promote employee recognition programs, plan factory celebrations, and uphold high employee engagement standards.
Work closely with internal communications managers and cross-functional business teams to effectively drive new employee campaigns and enhance storytelling capabilities.
Facilitate the identification of local media opportunities and support the development of media strategies.
Update and design Qazvin factory boards and monitors.
Support general administrative tasks like arranging and setting orders related to communication needs (Flower, banner, etc.).
End-to-end management of factory events.
Providing full support in announcement sharing.
Responsible for taking photos of each event inside and outside the factory.
Responsible for congratulations and condolences sharing.
Support all factory manager comms requests.
Requirements:
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A well-developed sense of creativity to bring innovative ideas to enhance storytelling capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
A can-do, proactive attitude complemented by agility, persistence, and result-orientation.
Related experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
A high level of English and Farsi proficiency both written and spoken is a must.
Having a problem-solving mindset and teamwork spirit.
