Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with SnappTrip’s vision and strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, human rights standards, and pay equity regulations in all salary and benefits practices.
  • Monitor market trends to implement new and effective strategies for engaging and motivating employees.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction research using surveys and data-driven methods to assess program impact.
  • Regularly update compensation and benefits plans with a mix of monetary and non-monetary offerings tailored to employee needs.
  • Benchmark and maintain competitive salary structures by tracking industry pay rates and practices.
  • Oversee the creation and evaluation of job descriptions, job analyses, and classifications.
  • Structure compensation frameworks to maximize organizational impact and value.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on benchmarking data and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a compensation and benefits lead or similar HR leadership roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with PW KARA and NGS payroll system.
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis and salary policy development based on competitive benchmarks.
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes, labor law compliance, and tax regulations.
  • Proven experience designing compensation packages and bonus programs across various departments and seniority levels.
  • Strong skills in job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Thorough understanding of labor legislation and best practices.
