The C&B managers work with hiring managers, recruiters, and other humanresources personnel to ensure that job offers are both based on market rate and have internal equity; the C&B managers must evaluate every position and determine the proper market value for that job.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay, and stock compensation.
Analyze wage and salary reports, and create a comprehensive and competitive compensation program that is industry-specific and aligns with organizational objectives.
Achieve HR financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, and analyzing variances.
Design compensation and benefits services and strategies, make recommendations and prepare proposals for new and improved programs based on institutional needs and/or societal changes.
Identify, select, and participate in compensation surveys to analyze the company's competitive market position for each in-country location.
Review and develop new programs and/or existing plans to enhance retention and reduce unwanted turnover, while analyzing cost and making recommendations on cost sharing.
Requirements:
Professional knowledge of Iran's labor law regulations.
Ability to effectively manage communication and relationships in matrix organization structure.
Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, leading, and auditing work.
Ability to seek out information, clearly communicate information and requests, and provide quality advice.
Highly detail-driven with an emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the wider picture.
Ability to create tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
Ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree in Management, preferably in HRM.
Over 5+ years of relevant experience in HR compensation and benefits with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.
