Job Description

As a digital marketing manager at Solico Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital marketing strategy and execution to enhance brand visibility, engage consumers, and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a seasoned digital marketing professional with social media, SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, web development, and marketing tech automation expertise. You will be responsible for developing, populating, and managing a diverse team of digital experts.

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify key digital opportunities and trends to stay ahead in the fast-paced FMCG industry.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage all handles and communities from consumer response to content generation. This will also include Influencer management.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve performance.

SEO and SEM Optimization:

  • Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and enhance online visibility.
  • Oversee paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.

Programmatic Advertising:

  • Develop and execute programmatic advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences and maximize ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize programmatic campaigns and improve targeting efficiency.

Web Development Oversight:

  • Collaborate with the web development team (both internal and external) to ensure the company website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance and traffic generation.
  • Ensure that updates in information and content are frequently managed.
  • Implement and manage website updates, enhancements, and integrations as needed.

Marketing Tech Automation:

  • Implement marketing technology solutions for automation, including email marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Streamline processes and workflows through the use of marketing automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure that the right tools are available to manage platforms and report on efficiencies and results.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve optimal results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand management, sales, and product development, to align digital strategies with overall marketing initiatives.

Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

  • Excellent leadership skills and attention to details as well as team player capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, web development, and marketing tech automation.
  • Ideal age range: 30 to 50 years old.
