We’re seeking a digital marketing manager to manage the promotion and positioning of a brand or the products and services that a company sells. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.

Requirements:

  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Brand Positioning: Skills in defining and communicating the unique value proposition of our company's offerings.
  • Campaign Planning: Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics, customer behavior, and ROI of campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Ability to run experiments and A/B tests to optimize marketing messages, landing pages, and strategies.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring the best ROI for spending across different channels.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Capacity to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and employees simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product, sales, and development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
  • Technical and Non-Technical Communication: Ability to translate technical product features into customer-friendly language and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Innovative Campaigns: Creativity in developing new ways to reach and engage the target audience, using a mix of traditional and innovative marketing techniques.
  • Design Thinking: Understanding how to create user-centric marketing campaigns, emphasizing customer needs, preferences, and experiences.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Ability to understand and map the entire customer journey, from awareness to loyalty, and identify key touchpoints for engagement.
  • Persona Development: Ability to develop detailed customer personas that reflect the pain points, needs, and behaviors of different buyer segments.
  • CRM Systems: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Skills:

  • Graphic Design & Video Tools: Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video production tools for creating marketing collateral.
  • Agility: Ability to quickly adapt marketing strategies to respond to market changes, new technologies, and evolving customer needs.
  • Lifelong Learning: A commitment to staying updated with new marketing techniques, tools, and tech industry developments.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Skills to influence decision-making processes within the company and negotiate with external vendors or partners.
  • English level is at least competent in reading and writing; preferably fluent in English.
  • Preferably experience in working with IT companies.
