Job Description

  • Digital Strategy and Campaign Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in the areas of online advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.
  • Daily Campaign Management: Monitor and manage digital marketing campaigns on a daily basis to ensure optimal performance and reach goals.
  • Supervise internal teams: Lead teams such as content production teams, social media managers, graphic designers, and SEO experts.
  • Task allocation and team performance tracking: Distribute tasks among team members and review progress, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Supervise daily social media activities: Monitor posts, respond to messages and comments, interact with audiences, and overall manage official pages on various platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Increase social media engagement and growth: Implement specific strategies to increase followers, increase engagement, and improve content reach.
  • Overseeing the production of text and visual content: Working closely with the content production team to create engaging and useful content in line with marketing strategies.
  • Content optimization for search engines (SEO): Implementing SEO principles and working with the technical team to optimize the content on the website and blog.
  • Online advertising monitoring: Managing online advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads to improve click-through rate (CTR) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Campaign analysis and optimization: Conducting periodic analyses of advertising performance and optimizing them to achieve the best possible results.
  • Campaign performance analysis: Using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
  • User experience review and improvement: Working with the technical team to optimize the website user experience and landing pages with the aim of increasing conversion rate (CRO).
  • Sales and marketing coordination: Working with the sales team to create joint campaigns and support marketing and sales goals.
  • Collaboration in the implementation of digital marketing events: management and digital coverage of events, conferences, and other marketing events.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Insights and similar tools for performance evaluation.
  • Proficient in Buffer, Hootsuite, Later for scheduling and managing social media posts.
  • Skilled in managing and optimizing paid advertising in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry: Good understanding of the automotive industry, market trends and customer behavior to create relevant and targeted campaigns.
