Roles:
- Support B2C and B2B Marketing Managers in developing digital and business communication strategies.
- Assist Brand and Product Managers in shaping brand and customer segment strategies.
- Align PPC, social media, influencer, and email/WhatsApp campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategies, engage with audiences, manage content, monitor trends, and handle crises.
- Identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Research industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct keyword research
- Create and manage campaigns, segment audiences, personalize content, and optimize engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and create dashboards for reporting.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Office Suite.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with analytics, segmentation, campaign management, influencer outreach, CRM, and automation tools.
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, detail-oriented, strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 5 years of managing PPC, SMM, Influencer marketing, and email/WhatsApp marketing, preferably in a digital agency
