Job Description

  • Design and implement a digital marketing strategy to develop the hotel brand.
  • Manage online campaigns including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.
  • Optimize website performance in terms of SEO and user experience (UX).
  • Analyze data and provide periodic reports on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, sales, and technology teams to implement digital projects.
  • Monitor current digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and review Return on Investment (ROI).

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Successful experience in designing and implementing digital campaigns.
  • Experience in managing teams or online marketing projects.
  • Fluency in English is a priority.
  • Skilled in data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making.
  • Creative, customer-oriented, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Capable of managing time and multiple projects simultaneously.
