Job Description

  • Plan and launch comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
  • Improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content (blogs, articles, social media posts, videos, etc.).
  • Develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce multimedia content.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and refine creatives to improve results.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs, focusing on SEO key metrics.
  • Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, content creation, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Experience creating various content types (blogs, social media posts, videos, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a focus on ROAS.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn’s targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
