Job Description
The Naron Tourism and Airlines Agency is looking for a tour sales expert in Tehran. The selected person must have the ability to work with Office software and customer relationship management systems (CRM) with the skills related to tourism management, and work at the professional level.
Obligations:
- Creating and managing Tour Sales Programs
- Provide customer advice on choosing a tour tailored to their needs
- Establish and maintain effective communication with customers to improve customer satisfaction
- Cooperate with domestic teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Collect and analyze marketing and sales data to provide periodic reports
Capabilities:
- have a bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Full familiarity with Office and CRM software
- the ability to communicate effectively and skills in sale
- the ability to work team and optimize time management
- Solve strong problems and the ability to make quick decision
