To design and implement processes to assess and improve the impact of soft skill learning.
To develop and implement plans to improve classroom and non-classroom learning experiences via new methods and tools for human skills.
To support the manager in planning and scheduling annual soft skill training and engagement and recognition calendar.
To provide improvement plans and execute them to influence corporate culture aligned with the strategy of HR.
To collaborate in the employee engagement improvement process across functions by implementing various employee engagement initiatives and events.
To implement innovative team building and collaborative initiatives to improve eNPS and engagement.
To support a variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that derive from company experience and engagement committees in partnership with cross-functional teams across the organization.
To support the delivery of onboarding and induction programs/events for newcomers and ensure relative journeys are experienced positively.
To respond to queries related to the engagement programs including innovation and recognition are being appropriately handled.
To coordinate and maintain the recognition system and wall of fame and ensure it is updated frequently.
To implement the process of recognition and innovation programs and promote its culture throughout the organization.
To liaise with other divisions or departments to understand their requirements for recognition and propose plans to implement it.
To conduct and organize recognition celebrations, arrange gifts, and prepare required certificates for acknowledgment.
To develop and present the required reports (shine platform reports and employee engagement reports, soft skill and shine resources, presentations, and informal feedback to line management and supervisors.
