Engineering and Technical Supervisor

Job Description

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (e.g., solid dosage form).
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Expertise in the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Ability to identify and resolve process-related issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Ability to work closely with other departments (e.g., quality assurance, quality control, engineering) to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Ability to manage technical projects such as equipment installation and upgrades, process validation, and technology transfer.
• Expertise in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), validation protocols, and reports.
• Ability to identify potential risks in manufacturing processes and implement preventive measures to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
