Environmental Engineer

Job Description

-Gathering, monitoring, and analyzing water and energy consumption data to identify inefficiencies, drive continuous improvement, and meet sustainability targets.
-Developing and maintaining environmental performance databases and documentation to ensure data integrity, facilitate audits, and support transparent management reporting.
-Identifying and implementing water and energy saving opportunities to improve resource efficiency and reduce the factory’s environmental footprint.
-Optimizing and controlling the wastewater treatment process to ensure regulatory compliance, minimize environmental impact, and maximize operational efficiency.
-Conducting environmental risk assessments and impact studies to proactively address potential compliance issues and safeguard company reputation.
-Ensuring all environmental records and permits are current and accessible to support regulatory compliance and readiness for inspections.
-Leading or supporting factory environmental training, awareness, and improvement initiatives to foster a culture of sustainability among team members.
-Preparing and presenting environmental performance reports and action plans to management and group sustainability teams for informed decision-making.
-Collaborating with utilities, maintenance, and production teams to integrate environmental best practices into all operational activities.
