Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the factory and plant.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for production efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor department heads and senior staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports.
• Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Extensive experience in project management.
• Proven leadership skills in a top management or director role.
• Strong knowledge of factory and plant management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Fluency in English.
