About the Role:

We seek a head of planning and development to lead talent development strategies and leverage people analytics to optimize workforce planning, performance, and engagement. This role is pivotal in aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and fostering employee growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy talent management framework at TAPSI and its tools/processes such as organizational review, workforce planning, talent review, succession planning, competency matrix, etc.
  • Design and maintain the employee's information storage workflow with a clean database in the HR and all related processes as well as an organizational chart.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics framework
  • Provide executive leadership with reports and dashboards on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, DEI metrics, performance trends).
  • Develop competency frameworks and skill gap analyses to guide learning initiatives.
  • Own and manage the career development process and the whole framework execution from A to Z including performance appraisal, Goal setting, CP designing, Review sessions, etc.
  • Own the systems and methods responsibilities and also develop a RAPID matrix to increase productivity through units.
  • Contribute to conducting job analysis to identify and design job descriptions and job requirements in the organization (job profiles).
  • Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with HR sub-functions, IT, and department heads to ensure alignment on initiatives.
  • Support organizational change through analytics-based insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (a Master’s degree or an MBA degree is preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years in HR roles, with a focus on people analytics and talent development.
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-growing, data-driven organization.
  • Significant expertise in process design/management
  • Expertise in HRIS, people analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in Project management tools and also budgeting
  • Familiar with LMS platforms
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience designing and implementing dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Hands-on and agile with a flexible and open-to-feedback attitude.
